Sarah created this custom mitten for our very sweet 4 year old patient over the weekend. As a chronic finger sucker she was experiencing some soft tissue issues and needed something to help her stop the habit. Sewing skills to the rescue!

Our patient loves his new customised glove with internal heating for the cold winter months to help with his pain and sensitivity. Measured and fit by us and fabricated by Handsching in Germany.

We had our first ever student start with us during Hand Therapy Week from Edith Cowan University. She is an Occupational Therapy student and is very interested in becoming a Hand Therapist, and loving learning more about all things related to finger, hand, wrist, forearm and elbow injured.
