Session 3 Treatment Note – Post-Breast Surgery Massage

During the first session, she was only able to lie supine due to postoperative discomfort and restricted chest mobility. By the second session, she progressed to a combination of supine and side-lying positions.

In this third session, she successfully tolerated prone positioning for the first time. The back and shoulder regions presented noticeable tension, which responded well to soft tissue techniques. The client reported improved relaxation and a reduction in tightness through the thoracic and shoulder areas after treatment.
