Last week, our NSW/ACT BDM Cass had the pleasure of attending Coffee Connections hosted by (Care Done Differently) – and what a fantastic morning it was! 🙌

A big thank you to Jack Traynor for consistently bringing together disability providers across Penrith, Wollongong and Shellharbour. These catch-ups are more than just great coffee ☕—they’re about building meaningful relationships, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the connections that help us better support the people we serve 💙

It’s always inspiring to see our community come together with a shared goal: making life easier and better for those in our care 🤝✨

What an incredible week of learning, connection and community here in Perth! 🌟

We loved welcoming Shani Elwis, National Clinical Account Manager at (Hartmann Molicare) who joined us from sunny Melbourne to share her expertise with our local care community.

From a hands-on clinical workshop in our Community Training Hub—focused on supporting continence and skin integrity in community care—to delivering tailored, on-site education sessions, it was all about empowering those who support others every day 💙

Shani connected with some amazing teams across:

✨ Dovida Peel Region (with a beautiful visit to Mandurah 🌊)

And it didn’t stop there! In Mandurah, we were joined by our valued supplier partners Abbott, Nestlé Health Science and Nutricia to deliver education on malnutrition, dysphagia and dementia—bringing even more value to the fantastic care teams on the ground 👏

💙 What an incredible day of learning, connection and community.

Jade, our VIC/TAS/SA BDM, had a fantastic time attending the 2026 MND Advanced Practice Immersion Workshop, connecting with dietitians, speech pathologists and nursing professionals who are all passionate about supporting people living with MND.

Jointly presented by Calvary Health Care Bethlehem and MND Victoria, the workshop delivered meaningful, hands-on learning across complex nutritional management, airway and secretion management, and dignity-focused care — all essential to improving outcomes and quality of life.

It was a brilliantly organised event, filled with practical insights, shared experiences and genuine collaboration across the healthcare community 🤝

At Surgical House, we’re proud to support and be part of opportunities like this that bring professionals together, strengthen knowledge and ultimately enhance the care provided to those living with MND and their families 💙

💙Jade, our Surgical House BDM for VIC/TAS/SA, is looking forward to attending the 2026 MND Advanced Practice Immersion Workshop this Thursday at Calvary Health Care Bethlehem.

At Surgical House, we’re proud to support events like these that bring people together, strengthen clinical knowledge and ultimately help improve the care and wellbeing of those living with MND and their families 💙

Delivered in collaboration with Calvary Health Care Bethlehem and MND Victoria, this hands-on workshop brings together expert clinicians, MND specialists and people with lived experience to share valuable knowledge and practical skills that support those living with MND.

From complex feeding and airway management to dignity-focused personal care, the workshop will cover critical and often overlooked areas of MND care — helping equip attendees with practical insights they can take back into their everyday practice.

Jade is excited to learn from experts in the field, connect with fellow healthcare professionals and continue building strong relationships across our community 🤝
