💡 Training Day Success! 💡
Today, our VIC/TAS BDM Jade teamed up with RN Lisa Fraser from Avanos to deliver an engaging and hands-on Enteral Feeding Nurse Training session for our friends at In One Healthcare and People First Healthcare. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Attendees got to see practical demonstrations and gain valuable insights into enteral feeding equipment — helping them provide confident, high-quality care for their clients. 🙌

At Surgical House, we’re passionate about empowering care providers with the knowledge and tools they need to improve the lives of people living with disability, chronic health conditions, or ageing at home. 💙

🎃👻 What a blast — literally! 👻🎃

Our National BDM Serge had an absolute ball yesterday joining the Perth Blended by Sarah Halloween Tubie Blaster Battle Picnic at beautiful Kings Park! 🌳💥

The day was full of laughter, foam darts and spooky fun as tubies, families and friends came together to celebrate community, connection and a little Halloween mischief. 🧡

Surgical House was proud to contribute some favourite goodies to the Blended by Sarah hamper giveaway 🎁 — a huge thank you to our wonderful partners EGO QV and Truwipes for helping fill it with treats. 💫

The kids had a blast, and while Serge may have taken a few foam darts to the chest, he left with a big smile 😅.

Thanks so much to Sarah, Anna and her daughter Alia, who were in charge of bringing the event to life in Perth.

🚗💨 Jade’s Country Victoria Road Trip Wrap-Up!

This week our VIC/TAS BDM, Jade, hit the open road for another adventure through beautiful country Victoria — connecting with Surgical House partners, community groups, and friends along the way! 🌾

A huge thank you to Balwyn Evergreen Centre for welcoming us and hosting an engaging skin integrity training session, presented by Julie Jordan-Ely from Nunyara Care Plus and Shani Elwis from Hartmann. 👏

And a special shout out to Lun from Compassionate Living Support Services, who kindly opened her doors and even provided an interpreter so that Burmese elders in her community could take part in a continence education session. 💙

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to get out into regional areas, share knowledge, and strengthen connections with the wonderful people who make up our healthcare community. Until next time, country Victoria — Jade’s already planning her next stop! 🌻

Together, they shared expert tips on all things continence – from skin integrity to skincare to help prevent issues. 🩺💙
