✨ Meet Craig! ✨
We’re proud to introduce Craig, our Operations Manager at Surgical House 💙
Craig has been part of the Surgical House family for an incredible 19 years — and his career in the medical industry began straight out of high school 📦🏥 Starting in a warehouse role with pharmaceutical family company L.J. Cottman, Craig built strong foundations in warehousing, stock control, and eventually purchasing management.
In 2007, Craig joined Surgical House to help establish our ERP procurement systems — a challenge he couldn’t refuse 💪 Since then, he’s taken on a range of roles across the business and moved into Operations in 2011. Today, Craig plays a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly by understanding what’s working, what’s not, and working closely with his team to continuously improve processes and solve problems.

With nearly 20 years (good lord) of company knowledge, I’m one of a couple of go-to people when things need a quick fix.
I genuinely value the culture Surgical House has fostered over the years, and how closely the company’s values align with my own.
We or our loved ones will experience illness in some form throughout our lives. Being part of a company that supports people with compassion and empathy during those times is important to me 💙
