My expertise is the manipulation of deep soft tissues & fascia. I ran a mobile relaxation massage business in Germany for around 5 years but always wanted more. Traveling and exploring the world was on the top of my 'more' and when covid hit, I was lucky to get stuck in the most secure state, so I used this opportunity to settle for a while and study my Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. The problem I see is that people know they want to take better care of their bodies, but often don't know how, or fall back into old patterns over the weekend and then need the whole week to recover, as well as time-management difficulties in busy modern times. So what I love to do is to break these cycles with hands-on therapy, education & the network to be able to send my clients in the right direction to find support for their individual needs to reach their goals for a better life. I believe that everybody deserves an exceptional functioning healthy body. So we need to treat the cause rather than the symptoms to bee the best version of ourselves.
