🎗️ June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️

At Roselea Imaging, we stand with Bowel Cancer Australia in raising awareness for this preventable, treatable, and too often deadly disease.

🔎 Did you know?
➡️ 1 in 16 Australians will be diagnosed with bowel cancer in their lifetime
➡️ It’s the 2nd deadliest cancer in Australia
➡️ 99% of cases can be successfully treated if found early – but fewer than half are detected in time

🩺 Early detection saves lives. If you’re over 45 or have a family history, speak with your GP and stay up to date with screening.

What does your endometrium look like?

Did you know that your endometrium changes with your menstrual cycle?

During pelvic ultrasound, we check your endometrium thickness to ensure it is healthy, along with the uterus, fallopian tubes and your ovaries.

If you're experiencing pelvic pain, having unusual bleeding, a changed cycle or fertility problems, that may be an indication to get an ultrasound done. Ask your GP for a referral today.

See below some of the different endometrium views through your cycle.
