If you are the person who thinks:
“I really want to do a handstand… but I’m scared.”
“I want to practise, but it feels hard.”
“I start, and then I stop.”
“I’m not very good at being consistent.”

I am listening to you 🙌☺️ and that’s why I’ve created this 8-week program. It came naturally from our conversations that come up again and again.

Honestly…that’s the heart of this program.✨🤎

Handstands don’t just ask for strength…They ask for patience, repetition, and the willingness to come back, even when progress isn’t obvious.

That’s why this is an 8-week journey.

🤎Not to rush results, but to support consistency in a realistic, human way.
To give you time to build confidence in your body and in yourself.

This practice grows out of Yoga & Movement…Before going upside down, we learn how to feel grounded.
Before balancing, we learn how to feel supported.
Before “doing the thing”, we learn how to listen.

Some days you might kick up.
Some days you won’t.
Both are part of the practice.

🤸🏼‍♀️ HANDSTAND | Refinement Workshop🤸🏼‍♀️

This special event is for you: if you are working towards your handstand skill, if you have questions, feel unsure about how to progress your handstand, don’t see any progress, feel stuck in your practice or in a shape you can’t progress, or feel not confident with inversions.

We’re going to find the answers to your unique and personal questions together. So please come as you are — with doubts, questions… I’m here to support you through your handstand journey 🙌

We’re also going to explore pre- and post-handstand training yoga flows, plus breathing techniques to help you stay focused before and during your handstand practice.

ℹ️ This is a BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE workshop. It’s designed for those who have already started their handstand journey.
