National Sorry Day is a time to reflect on the ongoing impact of the Stolen Generations, and to acknowledge the strength, resilience, and stories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This year’s theme - From Sorry to Action - is a reminder that acknowledgment alone is not enough. Real change comes through listening, learning, creating culturally safe spaces, and continuing to support better health and wellbeing outcomes for First Nations communities.
At On The Mend Health, we acknowledge the strength, resilience, and ongoing healing journey of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to listening, learning, and providing care that is respectful, culturally safe, and compassionate.
Today, we pause to reflect, to listen, and to acknowledge the importance of truth-telling and ongoing action
