Your superpowers in action:
- Review and improve existing boards & automations
- Design workflows for operations, projects & tasks

- Advise on best-practice structure, permissions & scaling
- Provide hands-on configuration & light documentation/training

The Role
• Fractional / Contract Trust Accountant – SDA / Community Housing (WA)
• We are seeking an experienced Trust Accountant to support a values-led Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and community housing organisation operating in Western Australia.
• This is a fractional / contract role (2-3 days per week), well suited to an experience trust accountant or booker who enjoys working in purpose-driven environments and supporting good outcomes for marginalised people.

Scope of the role
• Oversight of property trust accounts within an SDA / community housing context
• Monthly trust reconciliations and exception management
• Audit-ready reporting and liaison with external auditors
• Ensuring compliance with WA trust accounting and housing-related requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement of trust and financial controls

About you
• Demonstrated trust accounting experience (property, community housing, SDA, or strata)
• Strong understanding of compliance, segregation of funds and audit processes
• Confident working autonomously with senior stakeholders
• A proven whiz with Xero and property / tenancy systems (Property Tree)

This role would suit someone who values accuracy, integrity, and social impact, and who prefers depth over volume.
