Next Monday night on ABC’s Four Corners....

There’s an important investigation into parts of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector. It looks at some risky practices and misleading advertising that can hurt tenants, their families, and investors.

At Ability Housing, our focus has always been on creating homes, not just houses. Homes where:

• Your dignity is protected
• Your safety comes first

We believe SDA should always be about the people who live there. Respecting choice. Protecting dignity and prioritising safety.

Misleading SDA marketing harms people. We need stronger protections and higher standards to keep SDA safe and supportive.
