Here is the truth 🙌

When I stopped living for others and started living for me, everything changed.

✨ I stopped asking, “What will they think?”
✨ I started asking, “What do I need?”

Because the truth is:
You can’t keep giving from a nervous system that’s fried.
You can’t pour from a body that’s constantly in fight-or-flight.
And you can’t be the woman, the mother, the leader you dream of being…
…when you’re running on nothing but caffeine, chaos, and coping.

I spent years overfunctioning.
Pleasing. Performing. Pretending I was “fine.”
Until my body said no more.

So I chose to rewrite the story.

Here’s what I did when I started prioritising my nervous system:
🌀 I gave myself permission to rest — without guilt.
🌀 I carved out unapologetic time just for me — even if it was just 10 minutes a day, where I maditated in silnce with my legs up on the wall.
🌀 I stopped chasing their approval and started listening to what my heart and body needed.

It wasn’t easy.
But it was liberating.

Your body isn’t the problem.
Your pace is.

You don’t need another productivity hack —
You need permission to slow the f* down.**

✨ MY CALM MORNING CORTISOL BLEND

• 1 tsp dried hibiscus
• 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose leaf green tea
• 1 tsp chamomile flowers or 1 chamomile tea bag
• 1/2 tsp of rock salt
• Optional: orange slice or fresh mint or lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Heat water until hot — not boiling.
Add all ingredients into a mug or teapot.
Let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Sip slowly.

WHEN TO TAKE IT:
✔ after a glass of water
✔ before coffee
✔ best enjoyed sitting down without your phone, emails, or rushing around

Because the drink itself is only part of the healing.

Your body also needs signals of safety.

Heart attack at 48 💔

9.11.2003 broke me, my life abd her life...

Her body stopped her because she couldnt...

She gave her life serving others, being perfect, trying hard...

Never gave 15min for herself, always solving problems for others until hear heart gave in. 💔

I still after all these years see fear in her eyes even of she is gone...and that memory is honting me but also remainding me to be gentle to myself, to care for me, to look after myself so I can live for my children!

That is why I say STOP with bulsh*t...STOP putting yourself LAST! STOP IT!

You are a HUMAN who deserves to be seen & heard!

You deserve to take that UNAPOLOGETICALLY TIME FOR YOURSELF. To breath, to be, to regulate...🙏
