Low iron… but still exhausted?

I know that feeling.

Because for years, I was told the same thing:

Everyone keeps saying:

“Eat more protein”
“Lift heavier”
“Track everything”

I did all of that for 5 years and I felt worse. I was eating smoothies, raw salads, keto, paleo, done hours in the gym ansld results...

More bloated.

Has anyone else told you this before?

The best way to start your mornings...

Clove & Ginger Lemon Tea

• Ingredients:

• 1 tsp of fresh cloves

• 1-inch piece fresh ginger

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 cup hot water

• 1 tsp honey

• Instructions:

• Steep ginger and cloves in boiling water for 5-7 minutes leave it to cool for 1 to 2 min.

• Strain, add lemon juice and honey, and stir

• Best time: Morning for an anti-inflammatory and energizing start.

• Batch-making: Brew 2-3 cups, store in the fridge, and reheat as needed.

👉 Sit outside. No phone. Sip slowly.

This one is a game changer...

Ashwagandha Chai

• Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder

• 1/2 tsp cardamom

• 1 cup black tea (brewed)

• 1/4 cup milk of choice

• 1 tsp honey

• Instructions:

• Brew black tea and add Ashwagandha powder and cardamom.

• Stir in milk and honey, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes

• Best time: Early afternoon for stress relief and energy.

• Batch-making: Brew 2-3 servings and store in the fridge. Reheat before drinking.

Recipe below ⤵️

If you are suffering from

High cortisol ( aka you are stressed a lot)
Anxiety especially in the morning 🌄
Feeling fatigue and tired 2 to 3h after wake up 😴

Then you need to try this recipe out

Ingredients

1. One hibiscus tea bag or 2 tbs of dry hibiscus tea leaves 🍃
2. Juice of 1/4 lemon 🍋
3. 1 tbs of honey or maple syrup
4. Pinch of cetric or Himalayas Salt 🧂
5. Coconut water

In the evening

In a pot boil 1l of filtered water
Add hibiscus tea bags or leaves and leave it to simmer for 10 to 20min until the water is reduced to 500ml

Drain the leaves and let water to cool down.

In the morning

In a glass jar 🫙

Add hibiscus tea
500ml coconut water 💧
1 tbs of honey or maple 🍁 syrup
Pinch of salt 🧂
1/4 lemon juice

Shake well and have 2 cups in the morning 🌄

Rest enjoy with ice during the day 🙏
