So... what exactly is Sound Therapy & Kinesiology? Both are gentle, non-invasive therapies that blend wisdom from both Eastern and Western medicine. I like to think of them as ways to tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and find balance. I work by tuning into your energy field to gently identify where things might be out of alignment—whether that’s physical, emotional, or energetic. From there, we work together to help restore flow, ease, and overall well-being. Some of the amazing benefits can include:
