Today, Thursday September 11th is R U OK? Day, and we are here to remind you that it is okay to not be okay.πŸ’š

A meaningful quote from ...
"Whether it's your family, friend, colleague, partner, or teammate, we ALL go through life's ebbs and flows. Sometimes it may be obvious when someone is struggling and in need of support, but at times the signs aren't so clear. Which is why it is so important to ask, R U OK? Any Day of the year.
One meaningful conversation may make a big change for someone who is struggling, and by regularly checking in you build trust and normalise talking about what is really going on - So when the people in your world are struggling, they'll know you are someone they can talk to. "

Recognising the signs is the first step. You're not alone, and support is available 🌿
