Vitamin C significantly boosts the absorption of non-heme iron, which is the type of iron found in plant-based foods like spinach, legumes, oats, and seeds. Non-heme iron isn’t absorbed as easily by the body as heme iron (from animal sources), but vitamin C helps convert it into a form that’s much easier to absorb.

So, pairing foods like:

Lentils + capsicum 🌶️

Spinach + lemon juice 🍋

Oats + strawberries 🍓

Starting as a full timer in the Origin contract, then moving to a casual in high demand, Dan has consistently demonstrated a hardworking and proactive attitude toward his work, Especially during his time in the new Secure Energy/Elecnor mobilisations.
