🌟 Perth CDC – Coming Soon to West Perth! 🌟

Dear Families,

Thank you so much for your continued patience and support as we prepare to open our doors at our new West Perth location.

While we had hoped to be open by now, a few unexpected planning and logistical challenges have pushed our timeline slightly. The good news? We’re still on track to open by the end of June! 🎉

Every decision we’ve made has been guided by your feedback—from the services we’ll offer to the space we’re creating. Our goal is a warm, respectful, and family-focused clinic that grows with your needs.

Right now, we’re putting the finishing touches on fit-out work, approvals, and partnerships with an incredible allied health team. We’re so excited about the collaborative care model we’ll be delivering—and we’re taking the time to get it right. 💛

Stay tuned here for updates—we’ll be sharing our progress and behind-the-scenes moments as we get closer to opening day!

What an exciting week we have had on site with our friends from Daryn’s Garden Solutions! 🌿

What sets Daryn’s Garden Solutions apart is their strong alignment with purpose and sustainability. They are committed to ensuring quality design while delivering projects on time, making sure every aspect of the work is both environmentally conscious and well-executed. The clean-up crew worked quickly and consistently and were dedicated to achieving a great outcome for us. We look forward to continuing to work with the team to share in our vision and support us in breathing new life into the Clinic.

Another appreciative thanks goes out to our talented teams working the interior with fresh paint, patching walls and installing floors 🤩 We are loving watching this space come alive! 🙌

📢 Supporting Families on the ADHD Journey – A Special Program by ADHD WA

As a Paediatrician, I see firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with navigating ADHD. That’s why I’m excited to share that ADHD WA has developed a 6-week Collaborative Group Therapy Program called 'SPARK' to support parents, carers, children, and adolescents on this journey.

This program offers:
✅ Expert-led group sessions
✅ Practical tools for managing ADHD
✅ A supportive space to connect and learn
✅ Strategies to boost confidence, resilience & well-being

Another exciting day on site at the future Perth CDC Clinic location in West Perth 👏 As we consult with our amazing team(s) from Daryn’s Garden Solutions, Duoscapes Landscape and Design Pty Ltd, By Swell Designs and Community Matters Media, we are well underway with our planning to deliver a Clinic that is aesthetically pleasing but also meets the practical needs of our families🪴

Being an ADHD parent is hard! 🖐🗣 Especially when many of us also share Neurodiverse traits due to the genetic nature of the condition. Please remember to look after yourselves while you are holding that space for your children 💜 We cannot co-regulate when we are not doing okay.

When parents have ADHD and kids do, too, family life can be challenging. But there are some advantages to sharing the condition. Learn more about coping together.

Our friends at CliniKids were lovely enough to recently facilitate a visit to their Subiaco Clinic to get a feel for their unique space. We have received such wonderful feedback about the offerings they have for children with Autism and sensory challenges relating to neurodiversity.

It has been such 🌟 a pleasure to draw inspiration from great Clinics across Perth who understand the needs of the community.
