A massive welcome to our newest Chiropractor to the team, Jill!

Jill studied at Murdoch University and has been practicing for 11 years, bringing a load of expertise and knowledge to the team.

She is proficient in manual chiropractic techniques (adjusting, muscle release), dry needling and gentle techniques such as Sacro-occipital technique.

She has also completed additional training in Clinical Pilates instructing, women’s health & pregnancy and TMJ (Jaw).

She is keen gym goer but also huge on movement in all its forms such as calisthenics, BJJ, Pilates and taking her 3 dogs walking (bringing the clinic total of dogs to 9!! 🐶)

She loves to learn all the ways the body can move so she can integrate them in ways to get patients moving better.

⏰ Jill’s hours are:
Tuesday 2pm-7pm
Friday 8am - 1pm

Stretching can feel good, but plantar fasciitis is often a load issue.
