Last opportunity to help out - all donations gratefully appreciated. Perth DGR 2025 has raised over $68K for men's mental health & prostate awareness.
This Sunday (18 May) in cities & towns around the world thousands of dapperly dressed riders & pillions will mount their steeds. Here in WA, I will be joined by fellow members of Perth MBMMC in full colours. This year we are most grateful to those enabling the DGR to parallel Perth's most beautiful Swan River from Elizabeth Quay to Fremantle - city to port. If out enjoying our amazing autumn weather this Sunday, give us a wave & cheer.

A wonderful piece of Jungian psychotherapy history. Looking beyond the generational issues, this foundational footage explains exactly what ISST Sandplay is all about and how crucial its pioneer considered our psyche to be. I am looking forward to welcoming new clients to the experience of psychodynamic Sandplay therapy, beginning 1 Aug 2024.

Pioneer in sandplay, psychologist Dora Kalff, talks about the sand box and demonstrates and analyses some of her patients' sand box pictures. It was shot in ...

RUOK? So simple to ask; so meaningful to be seen!

R U OK?Day 2024 is Thursday 12 September, but life happens every day.

That’s why our message this year is: 𝑨𝒔𝒌 𝑹 𝑼 𝑶𝑲? 𝑨𝒏𝒚 𝑫𝒂𝒚.

Don’t wait until to check in. Ask, ‘are you OK?’, any day. Because a conversation could change a life.

It’s normal for partners to disagree, from big issues to more trivial things.

Communication is key to resolving issues before they boil over into long-term conflict.

We offer a 3 day Building Better Relationships group program to strengthen your bond and back each together when the chips are down.

The program is designed specifically for former and current serving ADF personnel and their partners, as well as the adult children of veteran families.

Creative therapy

I am a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples and families. I have a particular interest in mental health and trauma, working with veterans and children. My background experience is both creative and pastoral enabling a range of clinical and therapeutic approaches. All people and their specific circumstances are unique, so too the help needed to make sense of their situation. One of the philosophies that resonates for me is, “The problem is the problem, the person is not the problem” (White & Epston, founders of Narrative therapy).
