Daylight Saving Time kicks off on Sunday, 5 October 2025 at 2:00 AM and clocks will move forward one hour (2:00 ➡️ 3:00 AM). That means more sunshine to enjoy the warmer months ☀️

This applies in NSW, VIC, SA, TAS, and the ACT. (QLD, WA and NT do not change their clocks).

With the shift, our office will now stay open until 8:00 PM AEST.

And remember – you can always email us outside these hours, and we’ll be back in touch during business hours😉

In this , we'll be talking about My Aged Care which is the official Australian Government service that helps older people access appropriate aged care options and support services.

If you’re thinking about a Home Care Package to make life easier at home, your first step is to contact My Aged Care.

💻 Visit myagedcare.gov.au

They’ll ask you a few simple questions about:
✔️ Your health
✔️ Your mobility
✔️ How you manage day-to-day

This helps them work out what support is right for you

Already receiving a Home Care Package?
If your needs change, you (or a family member, friend, or provider) can also contact My Aged Care for a reassessment to make sure your package still meets your needs.

Remember – My Aged Care is the national gateway to all aged care services. Taking that first step opens the door to the right support for you or your loved ones 🤍
