Place your candle on a level fire resistant surface and never leave a candle unattended. Keep away from drafts and vibrations and keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn candles near anything that could catch fire, like curtains or blinds. When lighting a soy candle for the first time, allow burning for a minimum of 2 hours and the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the container. Depending on the container size, this should take around 1-3 hours. Failure to do this will often cause tunneling or pooling around each wick which will then limit the life of your new soy candle. Burn your candle with the crystals on. When your candle has fully burnt down you can simply remove the crystals and wash them with warm soapy water. Once cleaned place around the home or in a spot special to you. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours, as this will significantly reduce the life of your candle. Soy wax has a lower melting point, so keep your candle away from direct sunlight as this may cause it to sweat. If your candle does get a little sweaty, simply remove it away from the sun and allow it to cool. It will quickly return back to normal. Extinguish your candle by dipping the wick into the melted wax and straightening it. This will stop the wick smoking and will help with re-lighting the next time. Aim to trim your wick to about 6mm before you relight your candle. Warning
To prevent a fire, serious harm or damage always burn your candle in your line of sight and never leave unattended.
Keep the candle and flames free of any other potentially flammable materials like matches or trimmed wicks
To avoid serious burns, always avoid knocking, tipping, or moving the candle until the wax has completely hardened
Keep free of materials, fabrics, areas, and surfaces that are flammable or that may come into contact with the flame
Keep out of reach of children or pets or near the edge of surfaces that can be bumped
Keep away from drafts and areas where the flame may be redirected

Pick up from Warwick, WA – If you want to pick up your order from us, please let us know so we can arrange a convenient time. Hand Delivery – We will hand deliver your order (Saturday Mornings before 12pm only) for $10 within a 30km radius of Perth, WA (free delivery for orders over $100)
Otherwise, we offer flat rate shipping Australia wide and offer free Australia wide parcel post on all orders over $100. Parcel Post - $15 - 4-8 Business Days
Express Post - $18 - 2-3 Business Days
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking Number. If you cannot find your shipment notification, be sure to check Junk/Spam folders as they can sometimes be hidden there. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving for tracking to be updated and visible.
