My weekend looks like this! 🐶🤍🥵 very humid so got up early and cleaned the pound - lots of dogs and cats at present- getting up ready for the day not hungover EVERYDAY is such a blessing!

Hump day today! This photo I pinched from my work - fingers crossed we are getting some rain in the coming days! 🤞💦 I have been busy at work but still keeping up with my daily practice of journaling, stretching and walking the mutts! Sobriety is soo good! 💫🐶🌻

Last day of holidays today.. I got up early, went to my favourite beach! then had a pedicure followed by a massage! 👌🌺⭐️🤍🐶🐶 self care is essential, as this time of the year can be hectic and stressful, so instead of drinking to cope or celebrate, I chose me! Getting up early most days without the dreaded hangovers or resentment is a great way to live! #2024

Teenagers!! Look behind you! 🌅 so happy she’s made a change to come and try out a different town and slowly but surely she is climbing the hill of life! She said her friends can’t believe she walked up a hill.. her reply was “I lived on a farm when I was young!” She is realising that there’s more to life than partying and hangovers.. 🤞🦋
