Happy Fathers Day! Jeez today was always a 'legit' reason to day drink with my dad when he was alive or when I was married..but the truth is it was more about fuelling my habit then celebrating fathers - sad really 🥹
Cheers for showing up with a clear head, a full heart, zero hangovers and celebrating what really matters - FAMILY- not alcohol ❌

Choir camp 2025!!! AHHMAZING!!! What a bunch of beauties we all were! Singing collectively was what I have missed in my adult life! So happy I went - even though I was nervous, anxious and terrified at times (self sabotage) I felt the fear and did it anyway!! No alcohol needed to give me Dutch courage or to fit in..connection and community was incredible! 💓😎💫

My weekend looks like this! 🐶🤍🥵 very humid so got up early and cleaned the pound - lots of dogs and cats at present- getting up ready for the day not hungover EVERYDAY is such a blessing!
