Calling out all Goodlife Hillarys Yogis π
We have a special treat for you this Sunday at 1015am to celebrate our Open Weekend at π
In this 90-minute session, we will be blending 2 styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing sequences. βοΈβ
Yin and Yang are the Taoists concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward. ππ
The session will start with Yang - a dynamic Vinyasa Flow to strengthen and tone your body, this will bring out the heat to help improve our flexibility and circulation. π₯
Following will be a 30 minute Yin practice to calm and balance our mind and body. π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
Bring your family and friends with you for some movements and find your inner peace. π
