The Sardine Diet involves consuming sardines as your only food source for three days. I generally do not recommend exclusion diets such as this, however, this can be helpful as a way to increase consumption of healthy fats, and protein and to reset blood sugar levels of you have a diet with highly processed foods. Choose sardines with olive oil or spring water, and add fibre (as pictured). Swap out the sardines with salmon and other types of tinned fish, choosing local affordable brands - the cheap ones are not always palatable! Be aware that you may experience symptoms as blood sugar stabilises and as always consult your GP for any diet related health issues or symptoms. 🐠🐠🐠🐠
