👋Approaching concerning and challenging behaviours with a CPS lense and using Plan B absolutely benefits all involved. It builds trust and empathy between adult and kid, and actually solves the problems that cause those concerning and challenging behaviours.
Kids AND adults will both learn skills to respond adaptively in situations they are having difficulty meeting expectations.
