Our Genetic Counsellor Super Stars - Kat & Karen spread the word about genetics last night at Genea educational evening - Navigating Fertility, Genetics & Early Pregnancy in General Practice!

They explored the role of genetic testing across the reproductive journey and provided valuable insight to the GPs 🌟

💫 October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month 💫

This month, we honour and remember the thousands of precious lives lost each year due to miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss.

The Rotary Club of Matilda Bay, along with the KEMH Memorial Garden Management Committee, will host the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day Service.

📅 Date: 15 October 2025
🕒 Time: 10am - 11am
📍 Location: KEMH Memorial Rose Garden (corner of Barker and Railway Roads, Subiaco, WA).

This annual service honours babies lost during pregnancy and birth and is a public event, though pre-registration via Trybooking is requested to help with planning.

It is so important to talk about family history, knowing your risk and raising awareness can help save lives! 🗣️ Building community and coming together is so important - which is why we need organisations like Inherited Cancers Australia!
