Axel Rayne Yoga When was the last time you felt totally at peace, relaxed and deeply tranquil? The body soft and supple, the breath long rhythmic and deep.

When was the last time you felt uplifted and empowered! Axel Rayne is a freelance Yoga Teacher based in Perth. With four years’ service in the Australian Defence Force and more tattoos than a sailor, Axel Rayne is not your typical Yoga teacher. Axel’s Yoga journey began in 2013, first out of curiosity and then as a remedy to help him handle PTSD and anxiety symptoms. He was initially drawn to the

physical elements of practice but quickly discovered a depth and practicality far beyond the physical poses. What started as a personal healing journey later transformed into a desire to teach and share the wisdom of Yoga, from which he has gained and continues to gain so much. Axel completed his 1440 hr Yoga Teaching Diploma with the Academy of Yoga Science (Satyananda Yoga Academy) and began his teaching journey in 2016. More recently Axel completed a 50 hr Yin Yoga TTC with Hugh Lee. Axel’s mission is to serve, empower and uplift, he teaches with an openness, light-heartedness and sincerity while striking at the core of what Yoga is, an exploration of the mind, body and spirit.

Wednesday

- 6 am Flow + Align
- 9:30 am Hip Hop Vinyasa .perth
- 5:15 pm Restore + Align

Thursday

- 7:30 am Slow Flow (warmed) .studio
- 9:30 am Flow + Breath
- 6:30 pm Yin + Meditation

Sunday

- 9 am Vinyasa Flow &
- 4 pm Yin + Breathwork

It’s a two-hour slow flow and Yoga Nidra experience built around the elements and Tattwa Shuddhi, which is a Ta***ic Meditation practice of elemental purification.

As a fundamental element, it nourishes and protects our bodies, which are composed of 70-75% water.

Its properties—cooling, hydrating, and smooth—offer relief from conditions characterized by heat, dehydration, and emotional turmoil.

By embracing water’s fluidity and calming nature, we can address feelings of sensitivity, low self-esteem, and emotional hardness, fostering a state of balance and well-being.

Earth, referred to as “Prithvi” in Sanskrit, is the fifth and final element, containing the essence of all five elements.

Earth represents the densification of matter into solid form.

It is characterized by stability, heaviness, dryness, density, hardness, and tangibility.

When out of balance you may feel ungrounded, chaotic or find yourself overly in your head.

Connecting to the earth (grounding) can help restore balance and a feeling of rootedness.

Engaging in nature, practicing mindful breathing, or participating in physical activities are effective ways to reconnect with the earth element or Prithvi Tattva.
