Who’s joining me tomorrow night for some vinyasa goodness? Vinyasa is flowy type yoga. Every Monday 7pm @ Rivervale Community Centre in Meeting Room 2-3. We do the same flow each week for 4 weeks and build on the poses as we go. This repetition allows you to get used to how the poses feel in the body and create space so you can connect more easily to the present moment.
