The first few weeks back at school can see a spike in gastro, fevers, runny noses, coughs and colds. While it's definitely not fun, it can be a good opportunity for your child's immune system to get stronger. When do you need to see a Dr and how can you minimise the germs?

When the kids are unwell it’s easy to lose track of what day and time its is: let alone what medicine they have taken and when!

Whether you alternate between paracetamol and ibuprofen, or give them close together, it becomes confusing fast.

Ask at the front desk for one of our free medicine tracker magnets, or jot it down somewhere each time you give a dose.

Oh, and:
Double check you’re giving the right dosage for their age/weight.
Do not exceed the recommended number of doses per day.
Never give a baby or child aspirin unless specifically prescribed by your doctor.
