✨ Welcome to A Loud Silence ✨

Sound healing has become my way of giving back — in a way that feels just as meaningful as my years in humanitarian work. It helped me through heartbreak, identity shifts, and the chaos of life, and now I get to help others find calm, clarity, and balance.

Life has thrown me some big challenges — becoming a mum, a painful divorce, moments where I lost myself entirely. What I’ve learned is this: growth comes from complete breakage. You can’t control everything, but you can change your mind, your attitude, and how you show up in your own life.

I went to Nepal to train in Tibetan bowl sound healing so I could bring these tools to women and anyone going through transitions — motherhood, divorce, midlife, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Through the bowls, meditation, and mindfulness, we create a space where you can pause, reset, and reconnect with your inner self.
