This was originally meant to be a "what I've been eating 6 weeks postpartum" post... But I'm now 3 months postpartum and time has flown by ๐ฎ mum-life clearly got in the way of me putting this together earlier โบ๏ธ
My focus is on this postpartum journey is just to nourish myself with wholefoods as much as I can. This is so I'm getting enough nutrients for myself, have good energy in the day and also nourishing Jackson (as I'm breastfeeding and that's very nutrient demanding)
There's no "bounce-back" diet here ๐
๐ปโโ๏ธ I'm all about supporting my body and very much enjoying all the extra energy (aka food) my body is needing during this time ๐ค
