For many participants, finding the right home isn’t just about accommodation—it’s about feeling safe, supported, and truly at ease.

We recently supported a participant through their transition into a new SIL/SDA home, and the difference has been incredible. From uncertainty to stability, from feeling unsettled to genuinely at home—this journey is a reminder of how the right environment and the right support can transform someone’s wellbeing.

At Moonlight Care, we focus on creating spaces where individuals feel a true sense of belonging—where their needs are understood, their routines are respected, and their goals are supported every day.
