Who are we?
Affirm Care is a young, ambitious and dedicated provider of disability services formed and managed by skilled and experienced social care professionals.
We pride ourselves on our genuine desire and commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for people living with disabilities. We value and actively pursue dignity, independence as well as choice and control for people we work with. We also recognise the importance of collaborative working, not only with people living with disabilities but also their families and others in their support networks.
Affirm Care supports people who have access to their own funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
