🦄Gnangara sessions🦄

What an awesome day treating horses in gnangara from appointments to supporting a very important recovery following colic surgery to meeting new additions and spending time with regulars who truly become like family 🦄

Days like today are a beautiful reminder of the value of regular checkins and ongoing sessions that allows us to monitor mobility functional movement and subtle changes in the body as we keep up with supporting our horses as a whole🐎

By supporting balance posture and efficient movement we help our incredible equine partners stay comfortable and feeling physically capable of everything we ask of them because their is genuinely real value in supporting the muscular skeletal system💪

Today was a wonderful day of treating horses and yes I had to use a mounting block to treat Ben and Rocky 🤣🤍

Awareness and Intention 🤍

Real change begins when we slow down enough to truly notice and pay attention to what is happening for our horses as a whole 🦄

When we sit in a space of awareness and intention with our horses we become fully present in the work we are doing together not rushing to fix not forcing an outcome but listening observing and responding with purposeful movement to encourage a positive experience physically mentally and emotionally 🙏

There is immense value in setting our horses up to feel comfortable and supported both mentally and physically so when quality movement is introduced with intention the body is given the opportunity to reorganise adapt and build new pathways in a way that feels natural and sustainable 💪

This is where meaningful change happens not through correction alone but through thoughtful guidance patience and respect for each horse as an individual 🐎

Because when intention leads the way we can set the body up to follow 🙌

Tension in the mind never stays in the mind when it comes to our horses 🐎

When a horse is mentally tight unsure or overactive that tension travels directly into the body. The nervous system shifts into protection and the muscles respond by bracing that’s when movement becomes guarded joints lose freedom and posture is held through effort rather than balance or it is lost all together 😣

A horse can only move well when they feel soft enough to regulate. Regulation allows the body to soften coordinate and respond rather than react without this the mechanical side of movement is compromised stride shortens the spine stiffens and true engagement becomes difficult to access 🫣

We must look at the whole picture not only how the horse responds emotionally but how that internal state influences biomechanics and posture and how we are asking and training our beautiful horses because a tense mind cannot support healthy sustainable movement 🐎

When we support regulation we support posture when the mind settles the body can organise itself correctly and learn what we ask in a much more positive manner allowing strength balance and ease to emerge together 💪

What an incredible couple of weeks it’s been 🙏

Appointments from Woodridge through to Bullsbrook and it’s been so wonderful to see so many amazing clients and horses safe to say we are absolutely kicking off 2026 in such a mindful positive way 🙌

We’ve worked really well around the heat so far this year starting earlier and finishing earlier to ensure both the horses and ourselves stayed comfortable and happy and it’s worked beautifully 👌

I’m really looking forward to Sunday taking a moment to reboot after a full “all systems go” kind of couple of weeks which I am so grateful for 🐎

For anyone who has been waiting on a date that I haven’t yet had the chance to get back to please don’t be shy to reach out again I’ll be working through available dates and doing my best to secure something for you as we continue to navigate the rising temperatures 😅

Stay cool everyone can’t wait to see the ladies on tomorrows run and everyone in Gidgegannup Saturday ☺️

I am always so genuinely grateful that this is the space I get to hold and share and that this is my life connecting with so many incredible people and their animals 🤍

There truly is something so special beyond what words can describe when that quiet non-verbal exchange happens between us and animals 😍

It’s a conversation that says so much without saying anything at all 🤍
