I’m Carmen, your Attadale Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of Entrusted Remedial Massage. I began my massage journey in Melbourne in 2015 and graduated in 2017 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Southern Cross Education Institute. Since 2018, I've proudly been a Remedial Member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. I describe myself as confidently introverted and sometimes a bit quirky. Personally, I’m proud to be authentic and resilient, embracing who I am fully. In my work, I deeply value confidentiality and consent, ensuring that your well-being is always my top priority. I believe that taking time to care for your body isn’t indulgent—it’s powerful. Recognizing when you need help is a sign of strength.
