We support people with disability and complex mental health to increase confidence, create a positive association with healthy movement, acheive their goals and improve their quality of life.

She’s currently studying Occupational Therapy and is passionate about helping people live happy, healthy lives by building social connections and getting active. 🏃‍♀️

Jasmine loves seeing others achieve their goals (and have a whole lot of fun along the way!). Off the clock, you’ll find her enjoying a game of netball, getting lost in a good book, or listening to country music. 🏐📚🎶
