Wednesday (3hours)- Shopping

We are looking for a dedicated female support worker SOR (Rockingham area) to provide supports to a participant with psycho-social disability.

Support worker must have the following experience:
- Managing participants with Personality Disorders
- Good communication skills
-Experience in supporting participants with young kids.

Job Description:
- In-home care supports
-Community Participation
-Support participants to attend booked appointments
-Medication monitoring

Shifts days:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Shift times:
0930-1230pm & 1500-1800hrs
