Self sabotage is something we all do at times. Something I have come to realise though, is that self sabotage is both caused by procrastination and subconscious programming.

We often self sabotage when we are procrastinating as we know we really don't want something, yet we go ahead and do it anyway. so we sabotage as a way to get us out of it. Once we are aware of it however, it seems to stop. Being aware of how we feel is the quickest way through, being able to be honest with ourselves will alleviate a lot of stress.

The other thing I have realised and seen in real time, is that self sabotage, more often than not is a result of subconscious programming and that some people no matter how hard they try cannot stop it. It is why we see people trying to quit smoking but going back to it again and when people say they are trying to lose weight but eating sugar etc.

But the problem is so deep. When we are programmed by parents, society or school, we believe the programming, as it is all we know and it came from people we trusted. When we try to change our lives, our subconscious programs, will sabotage us before we get a chance to experience the change.

This is when we need to be really strong, get some help with healing, keep a journal to document evidence of change, so we feel safe and maybe even enlist the help of a support buddy.

We are not an island and it is ok to ask for help. If you are noticing self sabotaging habits or if someone tells you, they can see it in you, ask for help. Get counselling, healing, coaching, see the doctor, whatever it takes. Try not to be offended. See it as a light bulb moment and that know you can do something about it, once you know what is happening.

I read this and it made me teary. So i am shating it.

ON THANKSGIVING, MY DAUGHTER, 5, THREW TURKEY ONTO THE FLOOR – WHEN I ASKED HER WHY, SHE SHOUTED, "I SAVED YOU ALL!"
My name is Margaret, and this Thanksgiving was supposed to be a celebration of family and gratitude. Our dining room was packed with my husband, our daughters (5 and 7), my parents, in-laws, siblings, and nieces and nephews — 14 people in total. Chaotic, but the good kind of chaos.
The moment had come to serve the turkey, golden brown and perfect. I carried it to the table, proud of my work. Just as I was about to carve, my 5-year-old daughter, Monica, tugged at my sleeve.
"Mommy, please don't eat it!" she said, her voice trembling. Thinking she was playing one of her animal-saving games, I smiled. "Not now, sweetie. We'll play later."
But before I could cut into it, Monica suddenly grabbed the platter and threw the turkey onto the floor. Gasps filled the room. My mother-in-law shrieked, "Why would you do that?"
Even I was stunned. "Monica! Oh no, what have you done?"
My father-in-law's voice boomed across the table. "Do you realize you just ruined Thanksgiving for everyone?"
Tears filled her eyes as she shouted, "I SAVED YOU ALL!" The room went silent. My heart sank. Monica never acted out like this. Kneeling beside her, I gently asked, "Sweetheart, what do you mean? Saved us from what?"⬇️

Its tough right now. The light workers who have been holding the light are exhausted. Light workers are seeking each other out. Ego is collapsing and lightworkers are uniting. Big exciting times ahead for the enlightened souls as the energy of light comes onto the Earth in double strength.

If you have a new invention that will help the people or the planet, now is the time to come forward. If you are wanting to be seen and use your healing abilities, now is the time to allow them to be seen. Soon they will be utilised.

For this of us that have been struggling, fighting the spiritual war, exhausted and frustrated that more people are waking up and stepping up, don't worry, you are being told to look after yourself and get healing yourself, as the final battle has begun.

Dark energy is weakening as more light flows into the planet. Now is the time for rest and recuperation. Let other warriors take over while you rest.

You don't need to do it alone. Seek support from other like minded souls. Offer to heal each other. Lift each other up. You were told to work on your own paths separately, but the time has come, to come together now. Bring in the net of light, open your heart and reach for each other.

It felt like this time of uncertaintly was going to go on forever. Spirit has your back. Although for a lot of us, it hasn't felt like it. Facing a personal dark night of the soul and everything falling apart is not pleasant.

So hang in there. I am being shown by a group of spirits, the image of lightworker all over the world touching fingertips and that is enough to connect them. Then im sing a golden net coming in through them and covering the Earth. This brings peace. Then I'm seeing prople going for healing and feeling joy and peace. After a long period of struggle it looks like peace on Earth.

Hope this helps whoever needed to hear this today. It feels amazing. Easy for spirit to say. I know it doesn't always feel possible down in the trenches x
