I went to do a talk at the Mundaring Women's circle today. The people were very lovely and they told me they meet every Tues and do lots of different things like crafts, games and have guest speakers.

So I am gong to share a flyer with you, if you are in need of some company or getting out of the house, it is held at the Mahogany creek Hall.

Do you remember the time when you were a child and you were forced to do something you did not want to do? Play a game of sport you hated, having to go to a relatives house that you did not like or feel comfortable around, force to go to school where you were bullied? Maybe you do not remember but I can tell you who does, your inner child. The subconscious mind remembers everything.

It will remind you at the most inconvenient times and you will call it anxiety, or worse berate yourself for having these fears or this anger. Because you think, you are just being silly. Or was that what you were told as a child, when this situation happened?

Decisions we made as children can become a program for the subconscious. Never trust anyone with black hair, they yelled at you once and you peed your pants. Do not tell anyone your dreams as your best friend told everyone at school once and everyone laughed... What we decided in childhood, becomes our program until we change it.

I have seen so many clients, and I have had to do healing on this as well, where decisions we all made as children, are holding us back now, in adult life.

Is it time to look at your life and see what is not working and heal these beliefs that are buried and holding you back? Quantum Heartspace healing works because it uncovers beliefs you did not know you had. Uncovers decisions you made in childhood that you are still adhering to now.

What would you do if money was not a problem. If wealth was easy and you could do a you pleased.
Would you stay a family? Travel? Grow grapes? Rescue some animals? Draw, paint, sew, work with wood?

Whatever it is you would do, start now. Take small steps in the direction you want to go in. Instead of making excuses, make a plan and look for solutions.

If you can't find what you want, create it! If you are a mum or dad with kids, start up a shared babysitting group. If you are over 60, start a group where people can come together with shared interests. Start up a mens shed group, a dance group, walking group, or a finish your unfinshed business group.

This is a time of creating community and pursuing goals that bring us joy. The is a lot of crap coming up now globally and the will be more as we go on. 2026 is a year of exposure and we will need an outlet and something to look forward to, a sense of purpose.

Act now to give your dreams some substance. The way to bring in a new world is to start creating it. If you can find joy, then you will naturally express that joy to others.

Community and love is the way of the new Earth. Let's start now and do what we love...spread the love and be the love!

Wind Farms North of Casper Report Driver Shortage for Underground Diesel Refueling Operations
CASPER, WY - Several wind energy facilities north of Casper are reportedly experiencing staffing shortages as operators search for certified diesel fuel delivery drivers to service what officials describe as “essential backup power systems” located at the base of each turbine.
According to maintenance contractors, each windmill is equipped with a buried diesel storage tank capable of holding approximately 1,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel is used to keep internal motor systems running during low-wind periods, cold starts, routine maintenance cycles, and “extended calm weather events.”
“People think these just spin freely all the time,” said one technician who asked to remain anonymous due to ongoing hiring efforts. “But there’s a lot more going on inside these units than folks realize.”
Industry representatives say the demand for drivers has increased significantly following recent calm weather patterns across central Wyoming, requiring more frequent refueling schedules at multiple turbine sites.
Applicants must have a valid CDL with hazmat endorsement, winter driving experience, and the ability to navigate remote two-track roads while carrying large fuel loads. Pay is described as competitive, though officials noted that drivers must also be comfortable working around large rotating equipment and occasional static electricity buildup.
Energy officials emphasized that the refueling systems are a “standard operational component” and help maintain consistent renewable output across the region.
Local residents have already begun reporting increased tanker traffic along rural access roads leading into wind farm areas, though operators declined to comment on exact refueling schedules, citing security and operational safety.

Ever have one of those days where everything is testing you? It took me so long to get into FB that I have forgotten what I got on here to tell you!

Anyway, I will just start... When was the last time you checked in with your inner child? When was the last time, you looked at the world in awe? When you were grateful for the little things like being able to walk, drive a car, have someone to love?

When life gets tough, we can forget the little things and get caught up adult life, which for some reason, we are being so serious about, we need to come back to the simple things. Catching up with a friend or a loved one, enjoying a cuppa and 5 minutes of day dreaming, a walk on the beach or in the park, being grateful that we are where we are. And not be so damn hard on ourselves!

Where you are right now is perfect. Start now and just have a little fun. Dance around the kitchen, laugh with a stranger, play with little people in the sand pit or on the swings, allow yourself to play!

We need to not take life so seriously, none of us will get out alive!

Patterns are remerging now to be broken. If you feel stuck in a loop, either in a relationship, a job, a situation, carefully observe what keeps happening. Just stop for a few days and become aware of how you feel about what is happening.

What pattern keeps recurring in your life? Is it that you cannot say no so you keep yes to people or situations you don't like? Do you keep having the same argument with someone? Keep falling into the same holes of despair? Having no money?

Each pattern requires us to observe it and change it. Some of the changes are as simple as changing habits. This can be hard, so don't give up. Persist and they will change.

Some patterns are past life, or ancestral curses, believe it or not, this is backed by science. Epigenetics, it is passed on through genetics. If it is a pattern you cannot break, then consult a healer or psychologist that can look at it with you.

What are you being distracted by? We are so distracted these days. Everywhere we turn, something wants our attention. We are distracted and we forget how powerful we are. When we are quiet, doing a quiet creative activity, walking along the beach or in the trees, when we are sitting quietly with a cuppa, our brain can relax, process and daydream.

When we quietly process or daydream, we are capable of amazing things. When we are stressed and distracted, our higher self waits patiently for us to come back online. Just knows that eventually we will find our way back to ourselves or not...

When my mum died 7 years or so ago, I felt her energy come through me and the message I got was that her life was such a waste. I did not understand that message at the time, but now I do. It is because we can live life in so much fear and procrastination, that we actually do not do anything.

We are all here to learn, to have fun, to expand and grow. If you are bored, restless or stuck in a battle with someone or something, give yourself a break. Look for something that brings you joy. Five minutes of knitting, a quick surf, 15 mins in the garden, a walk to look at the neighbours gardens, 5 mins of doodling, a quick journal. Just something.

Anything that brings joy to your soul, connects you with your soul, your higher self. This is when you will get the downloads, the messages and the energy you need to keep going.

When you catch yourself being distracted, by social media, someone else's misery, have some time out. 15 mins of joy can cancel out a whole day of negativity.
