This Sunday Aug 11th and 12th our class topic is: Healing - Understanding the Transfer of Energy

The true role of a healer and the necessity for healers to be as clear and integrated as possible. Understanding the energy exchange between healer and client, dependency & karma and the difference between empathy & sympathy and involved detachment & compassion.

Our classes bring something a little different to the healing journey. One of our participants recently shared, "It's a super loving, safe, fun bubble you both hold!" Supporting people to bring awareness and acceptance to the shadow self is crucial to self-healing. We can only heal what we are willing to acknowledge, but no one said this had to be done with seriousness! It is a serious business to work on ourselves (it is the spiritual warriors journey after all), but humour can be a wonderful tonic to take the sting out of it. Combine this with mentors who walk the talk of what they share, and a group of likeminded people to go on the journey with, you have a nurturing, safe and supportive landing pad to start exploring.
