This class is creative, organic and fun. Weaving elements of Sacred dance and synchronized movement. The class alternates between two venues.

Yogaboogie is a seamless weaving together of traditional yoga exercises with modern and sometimes ancient movement. It is organic and creative, it draws elements from Qi Gong, yoga, Ballet and even the subversive form of Japanese dance, Butoh! The body is left feeling like its every molecule has been massaged.

This coming Monday the 4th of February is the first yogaboogie class of 2019. If you come with a friend, you can both have the class for the price of one! .. Its at 6 until 7pm. at the Pelican Centre, 105 Shenton Rd Swanbourne. Its not about fitness, meditation, chakras or any of that palaver, its about having some fun with your community, so if you find you're slightly curious, you should come!
