We’re excited to introduce new Yoga Classes at Life Ready Physio Yokine, designed to support your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing, and your first class is FREE as part of our 10-week introductory offer!
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after injury, or looking to complement your physio or exercise routine, these classes are suitable for all levels*
🗓 Class Times
Tuesday | 6:00am – 6:50am Morning Vinyasa
Thursday | 6:00pm – 6:50pm Slow Vinyasa (Evening)
💰 10-Week Introductory Offer - Commencing Tuesday the 17th of February
· 1st class FREE
· $20 per class (casual)
· 10-class pack for $150 ($15 per class)
🧘♀️ What to Expect
Morning Vinyasa An energising yoga flow linking breath with movement to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. This dynamic practice builds heat, enhances mobility, and helps set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Slow Vinyasa (Evening) A gentle, mindful style of yoga practiced at an unhurried pace. With longer holds in
accessible poses, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation — ideal for all levels, especially beginners.
⚠️ *Pre-existing Injuries or Concerns
If you have any concerns regarding pre-existing injuries, we recommend scheduling an appointment with a Life Ready Physiotherapist to be assessed and ensure this class is appropriate for you.
