Greetings Divine Sparks
I am busy preparing for the next Dance Temple collective event this Sunday 13th, and the energy supporting the Divine Feminine is so aligned, etherial, magical and sparkly. I just have to share.

The Divine Feminine - which is not a gender alignment but an energy, the twin energy of the Divine Masculine - the Yin to the Yang - the forces that create the physical and subtle structures of the Universe.

This Feminine energy encompasses the sacredness of nature, the interconnectedness of all things, natural rhythms, heightened intuition, appreciation of beauty and aesthetics and unconditional love.

The Divine Feminine is not weak, this energy can be powerful when protecting loved ones and standing for equality, inclusiveness and sovereignty. This Divine Feminine frequency is the medicine we all need to bring to light within ourselves to see harmony in our world, to dissolve the toxic Patriarchy. This top down, control over power structure we all live in, is the shadow side of the Masculine - again - no attack on men here.

We all have the Masculine energy within us and all play out the toxic conditioning that see's us live in fear of lack, the ultimate justification to take what we can so we survive or in greed and arrogance that we are more important and we can take it all while others go without. The drive to keep working and consuming and acquiring to feel safe and accepted, overlooking how we feel emotionally, our physical wellbeing and the impact on Mother Earth as we do so. The Divine Masculine would work towards the safety of all and the sharing of resources so that all might thrive.

The shadow frequency exists also for the Feminine, imagine the Divine Feminine being in the centre, aligned with the light of Source Consciousness, and the shadow can be either a state of deficiency - not enough feminine energy - vulnerable to victimhood and tending emotional manipulation - or an excess where s*x is used to as a weapon, to control, to acquire resources.

These are only a small sample of the expressions of the Feminine and Masculine energies.

We are all our own combination of Divine and Shadow aspects of the Feminine and Masculine energy influenced by familiar and ancestral patterns, conditioning from school and society, and programming from the media - the mouth piece of Big Brother/the global corporations.

However what trumps everything is our own free will and desire to break free. We can choose to self reflect, to meditate, to come into our body, to learn what makes us tick the way we do and bring healing and love to the parts of us that are expressing the shadow. Magically, as we shine love and compassion on our shadow it uncovers our gifts, our strengths and our purpose. We become our truth with the bonus of wisdom. We become the change we wish to see in the world.

If this sounds like a little bit of the medicine you need right now, in these times of big cosmic and solar energies, expanding the big news, big personalities and big ego driven events on our planet, then make the time to reflect, dance and invite in the love so that you can hold a safe and compassionate space in the world.

Greetings Divine Sparks
Well the year has certainly kicked off with some intense energy.
Are you feeling it? Has it been difficult to stay focused on and commit to your self care, maintain your boundaries when it comes to tuning into your heart and saying no when its is best for you. Is the state of the world really starting to erode your optimism or are you already feeling like ‘How the heaven are we going to get ourself out of this mess?’

Feeling overwhelmed can lead to us going in to control hyper drive or continually abandoning ourselves.

Are you ready to shed some more self awareness of your traits, patterns, and coping strategies and how they have served you in the past but are not longer in your highest interest?

Once you know yourself better, you can bring consciousness, support and healing to yourself through the heart path of compassion, forgiveness and love. The outcome is always a deep sigh and a sense of why didn’t I do this sooner. What a relief to not be carrying that burden around in my mind and my nervous system and often the body in the form of physical illness.

Fear can be a powerful presence within us, dictating what we need to do to keep us safe, to belong, to be the best. However once we can see the truth of the now moment, that what we have been trying to avoid is actually in the past, we can bring our attention to healing that trauma and becoming free in the now. Free to create a new perspective, new creative drive, a new sense of peace and groundedness.

Its the work of our times, to break down and through the old conditioning, the old toxic external and internal structures of fear, power, dominance and control and come into awareness and expression of what has been suppressed - a knowing of the value of stillness, inward focus, creativity, beauty and harmony. The creative forces of the masculine and feminine (positive and negative charge) are ready to come into balance within us and outside of us in our families, communities and beyond. This is where the world changes. It is not a fight against what is outside or inside of us but a journey towards wholeness, all parts of equal value, working together in harmony.

This is what my sessions, workshops and programs focus on - knowing your self, loving yourself and becoming the creator, so that you can be free to express your divine sparkly nature and live abundantly on our beautiful Mother Earth. As we heal ourselves we heal the world.

Well it's nice to be out of the post storm camping episode of my life. So blessed to have only the inconvenience of no power, phone, internet for 3 days compared to the devastation some have experienced since the most intense storm I have ever witnessed on Tuesday. Humble gratitude to all the crews working tirelessly to put it all back together again 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻

So now it is back to creating my new website and launching my plans for this year
