The right pre-game rituals are everything when the spotlight's on and the pressure's high. We're thrilled to have the Daicos brothers, Nick and Josh, floating with us in Melbourne as they gear up for the big clash! 💧

But they're not the only ones! Lachie Neale, a float regular since 2016 in Perth, is also prepping for this weekend's grand final showdown in our tanks. The stage is set for an epic battle! 🙌

A massive nod to WA's Pat Cripps as well! His dedication over the past three seasons, floating before every game, has truly been commendable. Congrats on an outstanding finals campaign, Pat! 🌟

Epsom salt is a naturally occurring mineral that contains magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen. It was discovered more than 400 years ago in Epsom, a town in Surrey, England.

The mineral salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is known for its purported healing properties. For centuries people have used Epson salt baths to help with muscle pain, stress, skin and other problems.

The water in the float tank is about 40% Epsom salt in order to ensure that there are no surviving pathogenic organisms.
