SIL and Disability Support Expression of Interest
We are a small Perth based team of LGBTQIA+ representing individuals with a combined 35years experience supporting people with various disabilities and support needs.
We presently have a unique opportunity to create an LGBTQIA+ friendly Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home within the Perth Metropolitan Area and we are presently looking for participants interested in being a part of this unique service!
The aim of this home is to provide a safe home that can support individuals with disability that represent as LGBTQIA+ individuals or allies, while also having supports provided by staff who represent as LGBTQIA+ or allies themselves.
