Never forget that your lifestyle will mostly determine your results if weight regulation is a goal of yours...

New study shows how more physical activity doesn’t mean you’re burning as many total calories as you may think!

They found that our basal metabolic rates (how much we burn at baseline) may slow an average of 28% as we try to ramp up physical activity.

What’s worse is that those with more adipose (fat tissue) may get even more compensation.

This is just another reason why focusing on diet before exercise is very important when trying to lose substantial amount of weight.

Many of us look at our workout as the primary calorie burner. Once the cool-down is complete, we're done for the day. But what about the other 16-17 hours during the day? Retraining your thought process to include the other waking hours will put you on the right track to a healthy relationship with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

Yep... This.

I work out every day. I don’t really get sore. I don’t worry if I have to miss a workout. I make progress over time. I have good days at the (home) gym, but I almost never have bad days. My secret, while effective, is extremely boring. It is, simply,...
