Aida Oakdon of HSA – Hope Nursing Services has been named as a finalist in the Disability Services category of the prestigious AusMumpreneur Awards, presented by The Women’s Business School.
The AusMumpreneur Awards celebrate and recognise exceptional women in business across Australia who are achieving outstanding success in areas such as innovation, customer service, and community impact.
Aida Oakdon is the Founder and Managing Director of HSA – Hope Nursing Services, an NDIS-registered, award-winning provider offering disability, nursing, and mental health support across Western Australia. Under her leadership, HSA has become known for its person-centred approach, high-level clinical care, and commitment to cultural inclusivity.
Aida was inspired to establish Hope Nursing Services after seeing the need for more compassionate, ethical, and community-focused care within the NDIS sector. Through her work with the FAHWA Charity, she ensures that services remain purpose-driven—not profit-driven—extending support to clients even in times of urgent need or funding gaps.
She is proud to be recognised as a finalist and celebrates achievements such as expanding HSA’s high-level nursing services and developing a multilingual team that reflects the diverse communities they serve across WA.
The winners of the AusMumpreneur Awards will be announced at the AusMumpreneur Awards Gala Dinner on August 12 in Melbourne, which Aida Oakdon will be attending.
