It’s not always about calories, quality matters and our recipes are all about that- nourishing you!

I spoke about this with 3 different clients today and it’s actually pretty obvious to me but I guess when we are living in it, it’s hard to see where you might be going wrong so it can be nice to talk to an expert.

Things you might be doing wrong:
- Not moving enough, seems obvious but if you feel like you are eating how and what you use to but the weight is creeping on chances are your activity level has dropped so try and increase it and see what happens.

- You are drinking your calories, you’ve snuck in 1 or 2 extra milky coffees a day, or might be enjoying an extra wine…. It all adds up!

- Your protein has dropped, this happens more often than people realise. They try and “cut” back but take out the one thing that was actually working for them.

- Eating healthy meals but not realising just how calorie dense they are like curry and rice. Great meal for someone super active not great for a lightly active middle aged female trying to shift fat.

At the end of the day nutrition is just science and math but your personal balance and intake is going to be different to the next person and most of the time it’s the small tweaks that make the biggest difference. 😉

Just adding in a banana 🍌 here or there won’t get you far. You’ll feel it the most on the day 😩 if you make it there without an injury! Your nutrition will make or break you!

Speaking from experience- Hyrox can be so FUN 🤩 if you are Fuelling correctly.

It can also be horrible, uncomfortable, painful and even embarrassing if you let your nutrition let you down on the day.

All of your nutrition in the lead up needs to be considered and your carb loading carefully considered!

I don’t have a niche, there I said it!

I don’t have a niche because I like helping people and every one of my clients are so different! I’m not saying I’m a jack of all trades because my trade is nutrition, and nutrition made for you.

So no matter who you are, or what your struggle might be, if you want to level up with your nutrition to level up in your life I am your gal!

Things I’m well known for is lasting fat loss, building lean strong bodies (even in mid life), fuelling athletes, improving metabolic health, longevity, energy and issues others can’t solve like leaky gut syndrome, deficiencies and autoimmune. I love cracking the tricky cases the most but only when the client is ready to do the work.
