💙 Exercise Medicine for Cardiac Rehab, Coronary Heart Disease, Atrial Fibrillation and Arial Flutter, Hypertension and POTS

Personally prescribed exercise medicine can significantly improve outcomes for people undergoing Cardiac Rehab or living with Coronary Heart Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Hypertension, or POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).

CCA's 12-week heart health and cardiac rehabilitation program can be delivered in person at our state-of-the-art premises or in the comfort of your own home via our Virtual Care Clinic.

It is designed to:

✅ Strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system.
✅ Improve circulation.
✅ Reduce blood pressure and future heart disease risk.
✅ Increase energy levels and stamina.
✅ Improve balance, flexibility, and muscle strength.
✅ Support mental health — depression is highly prevalent in cardiac patients and can impact both quality of life and life expectancy.

📊 Our results
🔹 37.9% reduction in symptoms of depression.
🔹 Significant reduction in blood pressure.
🔹 Increased motivation to exercise for up to 300 days.
🔹 Enhanced cardiovascular capacity, once engaged in exercise.
🔹 85.3% of participants successfully complete our programs.

For every 20/10mmHg increase in blood pressure above 115/70mmHg, cardiovascular disease risk doubles — but exercise can help manage and prevent this.

If you or someone you care about could benefit, register your interest now or call 9385 1430 to learn more.
