A quiet moment of reflection
Over the past two decades I’ve completed around 50 Reiki attunements and offered readings in fairs, public spaces, and one‑on‑one sessions.
The records were never the focus, but over time the readings have certainly reached into the thousands.
The real work, though, has been in the hours of healing, mentoring, and walking with people through the changing seasons of their lives.
This path has unfolded like a winding track at dawn — gentle, steady, and always revealing the next step when the time is right.

The Tarot continued.
Today’s spread offered a powerful glimpse into the emotional landscape of our mystery lady.
On the left, we see her present situation — what’s holding her back, what’s weighing on her spirit, and the tension she’s navigating. The two Kings show strong male energies influencing her path, shaping her choices, and adding pressure to an already delicate situation.
At the centre sits our Queen of Cups — her spiritual self, her intuition, her emotional depth. She’s being tested, stretched, and asked to feel more deeply than she would like. The Fool whispers, “Run… escape… start fresh.” But the cards reveal she must move through this challenge, not around it. An uncompromising relationship is keeping her stuck, and the present moment feels heavy and glum.
Yet the future tells a different story.
The Aces arrive like a breath of fresh air — new beginnings, renewed strength, and the return of her personal power. They show her stepping back into herself, reclaiming her direction, and opening to a partner who truly “loves her world” — someone protective, steady, and aligned with her heart.
A brief glimpse, but a meaningful one.

Developing Your Own Spiritual Practice
So many people think a spiritual practice has to look a certain way—rituals, routines, perfect consistency. But the truth is far softer than that.
A spiritual practice is simply the way you return to yourself.
It might be a morning cup of tea in silence.
It might be pulling a single tarot card and sitting with its echo.
It might be a walk around the block where you breathe a little deeper.
It might be journaling, meditation, prayer, energy work—or none of these.
Your practice doesn’t need to be impressive.
It just needs to feel like you.
Start with what brings you back into your body.
Start with what softens your chest.
Start with what helps you hear your own inner voice again.
Let it be simple. Let it be imperfect. Let it evolve.

Now finding myself working in a lot of areas combining my skills learn over a lifetime and long before that.
I have reached a level of understanding with all this that continues to grow and develop. Areas of work and training include Reiki Master x 2 (dual), clearing energy blocks, aligning of energy and so hold you closer to life purpose and path, intuitive guidance, psychic work, Tarot Practitioner, and other card systems.
Tried and true systems used over the centuries, as ways to show us other sides of us and unknown qualities or areas to be working on! So that we don’t let ourselves down by repeating the same things.
Our energy is always tested through our interactions with others intended or not, it is part of our journey and growth! Get to know yourself and how to respond in different situations.
Dr Usui's Reiki methods are highly regarded, and I constantly utilise these skills in my daily life’s journey. I have spent many years in this practice, and whilst energy work is the "unseen" it is certainly works.

Added 22/1/2020 almost left out Tarot work.
Along this journey I met many different Mentors all adding there wisdom and guidance magic happens, certainly not the direction I was thinking in my 20’s. Totally awesome, during this I also was introduced to Tarot and Psychic work these continue to astound me as to what information is available and that “Spirit” want you to know and be proud of as may be the case.
