Brain Training Australia is a private psychology practice offering structured evidence-based therapy programs for adults with ADHD & clinical intervention training and supervision for psychologists and health professionals working across diverse mental health presentations. Our flagship Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program is tailored for adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

(ADHD) with the modules available focusing on key areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, goal setting, time management, sleep improvement, fitness and focus, and parenting challenges. Our psychologist - developed modules are designed to accommodate diverse learning styles. These modules have been created specifically to reduce overwhelm and improve engagement. We know online learning can be hard for ADHD brains, so we’ve built the course with features that support focus, flexibility, and real-life application:
• 📘 Guided workbooks help you stay organised and track your learning.
• ⏩ Adjustable playback speeds mean you can go at your own pace — x1, x1.5, or x2.
• 🍏 Bite-sized chapters break content into manageable, easy-to-follow chunks.
• ✏️ Step-by-step examples help you understand and apply each concept.
• 🎧 Captions with word highlighting support visual and auditory processing.
• ✅ Evidence-based techniques are taught in a way that allows you to pick what works best for you.
• 🎙️ Audio-guided PowerPoint presentations allow you to listen to the course content, which is particularly beneficial for auditory learners. Many participants find this feature helpful, using it similarly to a podcast while multitasking in their daily lives. We also provide clinical intervention education in the format of introduction seminars. Suited to: Health Professionals: provisional psychologists (those completing the 4+2 or 5+1 internship pathway towards general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), registered psychologists, mental health professionals including counsellors, social workers, occupational therapists, mental health nurses, and allied health practitioners, looking to benefit from clinical intervention training to develop their therapeutic skills and client outcomes. Delivered by a registered psychologist to offer an introduction to core therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Ongoing professional development ensures ethical practice, clinical competency, and improved client outcomes across diverse mental health settings. Our programs are accessible via web browsers on various devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, iPhones/iOS, and smartphones, providing flexibility in how users engage with the content. ✨ The Body Scan is a simple yet powerful mindfulness exercise that invites you to connect deeply with your body. Here's how to do it:

Find a quiet, comfortable space.
Close your eyes and focus on your body from head to toe.
Notice any physical sensations.
Breathe into any tension, and gently return your focus if your mind starts to wander.
Take deep breaths, and when you're ready, open your eyes.
