🚨 UPDATE: To all our valued members
We understand that our temporary closure has been frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to all members. We are responding to enquiries as quickly as possible; however, we are currently experiencing a high volume of messages and appreciate your patience.
Please note that all direct debit memberships—unless you are attending our interim classes—will be placed on hold within 14 days of our temporary closure on 9 April.
As all memberships are billed post-term, there may be instances where an additional week is charged due to processing timeframes. If this occurs, please be assured that any excess charges will be fully rectified once we reopen.
We understand that many members are not interested in interim classes and that this situation is a significant inconvenience. Please know we are doing everything we can to resolve matters promptly and to continue providing a safe and well-equipped gym environment.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please send your request to the Gym Tonic email, and it will be processed from the date your request is received.
