Long weekend means a longer morning session!!

If you're familiar with our Dawn Patrol sessions, we're adding in a change of scenery at in Osborne Park, just off the freeway.

We're also teaming up with Lauren from .wellness who'll run us through a gentle movement/yoga flow:

🤸🏼 Moving the body and loosening off those tight muscles

🌬️ Bringing a sense of calm and tranquility with a gentle breathflow

❄️ Finishing off with a group icebath session

You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and will be the perfect start to the long weekend! 🚀

Mental Health 🧠✨

Last week I had the absolute honour of attending a mental health training course.

My smile says it all…talking about a topic that is so important to me and the work I do, definitely fills my cup! ☕️
