It’s true! What used to work = no longer works when you’re in perimeno! Here’s why:

⬇️ Carb tolerance goes down

🔥 Inflammation from old ways of training goes up

🚫 Detox pathways get stuck

And that can feel super frustrating when it used to be easy to drop a couple of kilos or maintain your energy and now no matter what you try nothing feels like it’s working.

Don’t give up!

You don’t have to be stricter when your hormones shift, you just need to honour the newness and lean in to a new way of doing things.

Small adjustments like really using carbs only as a lever, swapping high intensity training for lymphatic flow movement and strategic strength as well as really supportive your detox pathways can all make that shift happen really quickly!
