Current obsession that’s 💯 coming with me in 2026… (and forever after)
Here are 5 things I do daily / weekly to look after my lymph:
Hint: it’s my number one for reducing puffiness, inflammation, boosting energy and balancing post-40 hormones!
1. Water - 3l daily and quality counts
2. Bouncing - I do 11 quick minutes every day and I love for this
3. Sweatingggg! Exercise, movement, sauna, sunbathing - whatever works
4. Mini face and body practices ( is the best teacher for this check out her new program)
5. MLD lymphatic drainage massage - for my Perth people I just had one at and it was DIVINE ✨
The arts of movement, nutrition, fasting, flushing and detoxification are not new news. There ancient practices and deep devotion to the body, I think we’ve just forgotten how xx
