Each foot has 26 bones, so both feet account for a quarter of all the bones in your body 😳

Feet contain over 250,000 sweat glands and can produce up to half a pint of sweat per day 🤪

Unlike other animals, whose feet may be adapted for climbing, swimming, or sprinting, the human foot is finely tuned for endurance….. It’s made up of 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments, all working together to provide stability, flexibility, and shock absorption. 🙏🏼

Feet are such an important part of our bodies that are often over looked and forgotten about.

Today is a very sad day !

Our amazing superstar Cassie will be leaving.
She has done a fantastic job working at the clinic over the last 4 years, whilst juggling university, dog walking, house sitting, photo taking and coffee making !
I don’t know how you manage it all, but you do, and never seem stressed !

Not only have you been a fantastic work employee, you have also been a faithful, consistent support and encouragement , a fantastic friend, baby sitter and shoulder to cry on over the 6 years I have know you !

I wish you all the best with your future endeavours and can’t for you to finish uni and smash some career goals.

You will be greatly missed, I love you Cass and you will be a blessing where ever you go 🫶🏻🙏
